    I cannot tell you how much I enjoy working with Jodi Hall and DANDAROAD. Our first engagement was several years ago, Jodi designed the Dashboards and Performance Metrics reports that became the AnnieMac Tableau reporting system. Jodi worked with each of our business units and our COO to really understand, not just what our metrics were, but what they were trying to accomplish. Jodi’s years of experience as a COO were invaluable as she was able to share her lessons with our department leaders and design a series of business intelligence visualizations that were actionable and gave real insight. Our AnnieMac Tableau has grown dramatically, but the system still follows the design patterns that Jodi established.

    More recently, I have had the pleasure of working with Jodi to refine a mortgage task management system. Jodi translated the vision of “where we need to be” to our user subject matter experts. She helped role play the user usage scenarios and, again, was able to leverage her experience to drive the software design. Jodi picks up details from the SME’s that we would have otherwise missed, and she can translate them into guidance for the technical design. That is rare.
